We are a small independent team, and email is the fastest way to reach us. We usually reply within two business days.
What to contact us about
- Privacy and deletion. Ask us to delete a report, an account or personal information, or ask a question about how an essay is processed. Read the privacy policy first; it explains the retention periods and the third-party AI provider.
- Corrections. If a guide, rubric page or sample contains a factual error, send the page URL and the specific passage. See the editorial standards for how corrections are handled.
- Refunds and billing. Include the order number or the email used at checkout. The refund policy explains when a credit can be refunded.
- Product questions. If a report looks wrong, include the report link and the dimension or comment you are questioning. We cannot promise a particular score, but we can investigate a technical problem.
What we cannot do
We cannot predict admission, review a draft for a university, or tell you whether a particular topic will be “impressive” to an admissions office. We do not have a phone support line or a physical office open to the public.
Mailing address
We do not publish a physical mailing address. For legal or privacy requests that require a postal address, email us first and we will provide the appropriate contact details.
